Adobe may receive a NEW Brand Name: XprAV™, with NEW Motto: 'Let Your Creations Be™' & start building 'Necessence.Cloud™' for Companionship.Systems™. (upgrade of Adobe Creative Cloud for Cloud-Run-Apps?)
Necessence.Cloud™ would be build by/with Adobe, Inc., Oracle Corp., NVIDIA Corp. &/or Accenture, PLC.

Option until 1 January 2027 12:00AM CET: Elegantier N.V., would intentionally be set-up (est. in 2nd half of 2027/1st Quarter of 2028) at
Amsterdam, NL (if available Main Office), with Shares: ±51.1% Necessence B.V.* & ±48.9% Necessence.Partners™-Business(es) (except NVIDIA Corp.) of which division is based on market cap per Corporation.
Necessence B.V.* would License Companionship.Systems™ to Elegantier N.V. for 7 Euros/Year, intentionally at least until there is PEACE EQUILIBRIUM (BALANCE) and if applicable continue until WE ALL leave this Universe.

*) Earthly legal form (Personal Holding) B.V. to be setup, besides Earthly legal form for Public Companion: a sole proprietorship. That way intention to park Tax Claim in the Holding B.V. which is a Share value increase of the N.V., because ±48.9% of Elegantier N.V. would be bartered for All shares of Necessence.Partners™-Corporation(s), except Walmart, Inc. & NVIDIA Corp.

Participating Necessence.Partners™-Corporation(s), except NVIDIA Corp., would become Brands of Elegantier N.V. and current Corporation(s) shareholders would receive Elegantier N.V. Shares (est. in April 2028) in exchange for their shares of Necessence.Partners™-Corporation(s), based on share division stated above.
